      I. Main Purpose

    This testing machine is used to determine the compressive strength of building materials such as bricks, stones, and concrete.

This testing machine complies with the standard "Standard for Test Method of Mechanical Properties of Ordinary Concrete." It features computer-controlled loading speed, a loading speed indicator, peak hold function, and overload protection. It is an essential testing and inspection equipment for construction, building materials, highway bridges, and other engineering units.

III. Structural Overview

The testing machine mainly consists of three parts: the body, solenoid valves, and the computer control panel.

1. Body Section

The body of the testing machine is connected by four columns linking the cylinder and the upper beam.

An adjustment screw,reducer, and nut screw are installed on the upper beam of the testing machine to adjust the no-load height. The lower end of the screw is equipped with a spherical seat and an upper pressure plate. The lower pressure plate is placed on the piston of the cylinder. When the specimen contacts the upper pressure plate, the spherical seat of the upper pressure plate self-adjusts for balance, ensuring the specimen remains level with the upper and lower pressure plates. The lower pressure plate is engraved with positioning lines for the specimen. During testing, the specimen must align with these lines. A dust cover is installed below the lower pressure plate to prevent or reduce dust from entering the cylinder during piston movement, which could damage the cylinder or oil seal. A sealing device is installed between the piston and the cylinder to prevent oil leakage. However, if a minimal amount of oil leaks during use, an annular oil groove at the top of the cylinder and an oil discharge channel will direct the oil back to the main tank.

2. Hydraulic Section

The hydraulic system of this testing machine mainly consists of an oil tank, oil pump, oil filter, motor, and solenoid valves. The oil pump is a direct-drive axial five-piston pump. The safety valve has been preset to an appropriate position during factory calibration and should not be adjusted by the user during normal operation.
